Project Overview
Ghouti Company proudly presents one of our distinguished commercial projects: the complete interior fit-out of the administrative headquarters for Sartaba Company “SATCO” — a pioneering Palestinian enterprise with a remarkable legacy spanning over three decades. Founded in 1992 as the Engineering Corporation for Electrical Services, SATCO began its journey designing and implementing electrical distribution projects, connecting Palestinian villages to permanent power grids, and rehabilitating aging networks. The company later expanded into manufacturing medium and low voltage poles, supplying both internal projects and the local market. Named after “Qarn Sartaba,” the majestic summit overlooking the Palestinian Jordan Valley from the town of Aqraba, SATCO embodies the strength and resilience of the land it serves.
It was our honor to craft a workspace worthy of such an esteemed company — one that mirrors SATCO’s own values of precision, reliability, and enduring quality. Every corner of this headquarters was designed to reflect the professionalism and pioneering spirit that have defined SATCO’s journey from a local electrical services firm to a regional industry leader.
Design Philosophy
Our design team embraced a contemporary aesthetic that balances warmth with professionalism. The carefully curated color palette features the natural beauty of premium oak wood veneer paired with elegant anthracite grey finishes, creating a timeless look that transcends fleeting trends. This combination delivers visual harmony throughout the space while establishing distinct zones for different functions.
Storage Solutions
Understanding that efficient storage is crucial for any professional environment, we developed a comprehensive system of full-height wardrobes and archive cabinets. These floor-to-ceiling units, finished in sophisticated matte grey with sleek black handles, offer substantial storage capacity without compromising the minimalist design language. Strategic placement of oak wood accent panels breaks the monotony and adds visual interest to corridor spaces.
